I made it by using the pencil tool, zooming in and using different colours. Pixel by Pixel. That's why its called pixel art. :D

IMHO I don't think the sigs should be judged upon the hotness of the women (even though Zerosun's is a clear winner :P) but the effects around them.
Probably GHWT then RB2 after a while. When they get cheap, of course. :P
I like Zerosun's because there is depth and a reasonable lightsource. I also like the general feel of it. <3 Simplicity.
