I wish I hadn't gotten into this now, I only came on to my mac because I woke up at gone 5am and noticed that it was still on. It's gotten me all riled up now and I'll find it hard to get back to sleep, curse that Shishka. I might as well have eaten loadsa sugar and got hyped up like a toddler.

Thank you kind sir, and those are pretty much my thoughts (your comments about I am Legend that is). Kon raised the interesting point that abstract words are tricky, and his example of Underbog vs Avalanche is a point I hadn't thought of, I just hope that Shishka looks into this, it really needs resolving if we're not going to be disallowed from using about 80% of the english language.

Indeed, I think it's wise to pick your battles, and I'd hate to see a good map rejected on such senseless grounds of spiteful retribution.

I thought exactly the same, and was in the process of making such a thread when I saw that there was an open discussion about map submission where Kon Artist had already weighed in with his own musings on the matter. I therefore posted on said thread in the hopes that it would get looked at, but seeing as Kon posted a while ago without response I fear it will get ignored just the same. If I do not receive a response within good time I'll go ahead and post a dummy map thread reiterating the point. It will doubtless get locked and I'll suffer the wrath of punishment, but I accept that and will have left myself open to whatever consequences they see fit. I'd rather suffer any such consequences than let this go without objection on my part.
