It says for Xbox 360 in the title, so I think it has one. It says in the description that it can control game and chat audio, so I think I'm covered.

I read about the Mixamp when I was reading about the Astros, but I didn't understand exactly what it does. I know you need it to use the Astros with the 360, but the description or reviews of the X3's didn't say anything about needing one.

I really don't have $250 to spend right now. I might ask for A40's for Christmas since I don't have anything in mind, but since I play so casually now I don't know if the slightly better sound quality is worth it.

I'm finally getting a new mic, so I don't have to listen through the TV. I didn't want to get the A40's or Turtle Beach X4's since I didn't want to shell out more than a hundred, so I'm getting a Turtle Beach X3. The number of shitty default mics I have bought and broken has added up, and I have wanted to try a mic that works for live and had game audio in surround sound.

I'm also getting a wired controller to see if it helps with lag.
