I'm intruiged by your points about Bungie's reasoning for not including the fuel rod, sentinel beam and flame nades. I've heard no mention of it being because of lag, but got the impression that Bungie saw them as uncompetitive in various ways. Do you remember where it was that was said? I can see possibilities of lag with the fuel rod, but can't really see how any problems would stem from the Sentinel Beam.

Whilst I echo your sentiments regarding these so called "bad weapons", I feel a little bit lumped in with the elitist crowd. To clear things up, please take a closer look
