aesthetic - how good it looks, visually. symmetric - if it is the same on both sides ie. the bases are exactly the same as each other.
Go to the place in the post you want to link to and put [anchor] and [/anchor] tags with a word written in between (this word will be invisible in the post so don't use a word you've already typed, just put it in above the title of the bit you want to link to) Then, at the top, just make a standard link and put the address as the URL of the same page, but with a # and the word you put in the anchor tags after the address. That should work, let me know if you have trouble and I'll do it for you.
thats pretty nice .. If you go to filters > render > clouds > different clouds (or plasma .. ) Thats a pretty simple but effective background .. just play around with that .. Then if you go to colours > colourise You can change the colour ! Just put saturation to fill then play around with hue and lightness then you can get some very nice backgrounds! Hope this helps! ^.^
