About
Long ago, on a console outdated, but not unappreciated...
I began playing Xbox around '04, so Halo 2 was my first Halo. As it probably was for most people, I was in love at first play-through. I was fascinated with all of the miscellaneous activities for the most part. I ran campaign missions, practiced all the glitches, played customs in a variety of communities, and a ton more. (Even hung around with the console modders for a while) In Halo 3 I stuck to the miscellaneous things, especially with the custom game boom that came with the Forge and new options. I definitely spent a lot of time with the forge and creating customs. I even dedicated some time to screenshots/photography. Halo 3 was also where I stepped in to a lower competitive circle. I never competed myself, but I occasionally practiced with some new-made friends who did. The competitive running I did stopped pretty quickly after Reach came out. When I finally decided to dive in to Reach, I stuck with the Forge for the most part. There weren't as many other misc. things to do anymore, but the Forge was able to keep me busy for a long time. It helped that I was a part of a custom game/clan community where we all shared and played maps. I didn't do much else from that time until now. I've been on a break from Halo. Now that Halo 5 is here with the new forge though, I'm getting sucked right back in.Interact
