RNG Reporter does have the "Chain to SID" function, though, which can get your SID by using around 4-8 chained shinies. If you've already caught the Red Gyarados, it obviously won't work, but if you haven't, you can just keep catching it, get its IVs, enter the information, reset, repeat.

Not confirmed, but might be worth a shot.

Our site was infected with Malware that we decided to start anew with a new website/forum system. We plan to have it up for everyone pretty soon. The server remains up and unaffected though we're still running Minecraft 1.4.5.
