Forgotten Treasures. It took me a million years to figure out what you were referring to there, I thought it was Forge Hub Favorites... something something.

We had a staff discussion before they resumed doing features for Halo 4 (there was a hiatus in there due to lack of fileshare and lack of Shock). What we decided was to auto-feature the first place winner of any official contest, and features of other placers would be as with any other good map - we may do it or we may not, just depending how strongly people feel about the map, but basically if it does get featured it's unrelated to the contest. I can't speak to any previous policy that was in place, as that was all before my time. But it sounds like you got the most random screw-job of all time. Sorry about that. :( You could still possibly get a feature, but it wouldn't be for coming in 2nd, specifically. That's more Organite's area though.
