I'm afraid I didn't make Awesometown, I just wrote the featured map article. It was actually made by Ladnil. The reason you can't download it is because the Bungie website for fileshares has been archived and download links aren't working anymore. The only way I can think to get the map would be to use the "Copy to my fileshare" option and see if you can then download it from your own fileshare when in-game on your xbox.
