What about a gametype using a pistol as the starting weapon and no shield recharge, then have a more diverse weapon layout?

How does quake promote movement while halo doesn't? Would certain custom game settings change that?

Hey xzample. Mind showing me a few of the aesthetics you had a problem with sometime soon? I'm really trying to make the map stand out and wanna make sure everything's visually appealing, in terms of Halo4's forge at least...

I'm glad you liked the overall layout :)

I gave it a shot and I loathe it with a passion. All of the textures are the same, which takes away any atmosphere that the map is supposed to have. Structure alone isn't enough to bring atmosphere into a map.

In reach, you could blend textures together to make a certain atmosphere, now everything is one shade of ugly...**** that ****.

Yeah, I've logged about 4 hours into the campaign and it's interesting. It's way different though. Chief isn't, like, the best anymore. I'm not sure if I like it or not. The writers said they were trying to put him in positions where he had to change, but they seem to do it way too excessively. Maybe it's just me. Everyone says the multiplayer is good, but it's only the first week.
