I know this is too late since you've already cleared your cookies, but for future reference Chrome allows you to delete specific cookies rather than clearing all of them.

Go to settings -> show advanced settings -> privacy -> content settings -> all cookies and site data

Then you can search for specific sites, and delete the cookies individually.

If you ever get hit with something like this in future, either here or on another site, try deleting the specific cookie and clearing your cache. You should then be alright without having to lose all your saved logins for other sites.
