My post about wall coliseums surrounding maps was a reference to the previous posts in the thread - it wasn't serious.

I at no point contradicted myself in the thread. I didn't even mention the fact that it was one a tournament in the OP. I clearly explained in the post right above yours how the featuring process works for maps that win tournaments. As of now, they aren't related. You can win a tournament, and not be featured. I'm not saying that I agree with that policy, but it was the official policy for Reach. And I just explained that it wasn't a mistake, it was planned.

There is no "inconsistency". So I'm sorry if you feel the need to "question" us staffers, but that's a good thing. It keeps us on our toes, relating to our community, and generally doing the best job we can.

There is a line though, when you should just be able to read and figure out what's going on for yourself, instead of calling out the staff members for making mistakes that weren't actually there, or mistakes.

I don't want to argue in the thread and detract from Cassels feature.

But I assure you, our timing wasn't off, we decided to post the feature the day after the winners of the tournament were announced. Halo 4 comes out on tuesday, so it isn't as if we have much time to feature maps, and we obviously couldn't post the feature before the winners of the contest were announced.

We had a limited window, so I'm sorry that the featuring time wasn't to your liking.

Lolz, I played gen two too.. just never got very far :( I liked the gen one remakes, though. Pokemon was a more competitive game then.. these days there are so many unused pokemon in tournaments..
