I agree they should've added more land and they shouldn't have created those stupid pre-made buildings (those are going to be really annoying), but I see plenty of opportunities for making BTB maps. Don't forget about the Jumbo walls they announced. And don't forget about the good old BTB maps from Halo 3, such as Longshore, Zanzibar and Rat's Nest (best map ever). They had a LOT of metal and concrete too. This will only require people to be more creative and to create elevation and basal areas themselves.
Don't get me wrong though, I agree that it sucks. I'm not angry, I'm disappointed, like you. :P
(I will only make Infection and Minigames anyway so it doesn't bother me too much as long as others can come up with cool BTB maps)

Well, I managed to do that. With far less objects than you normally can use. So I don't think it's impossible.

I think the Forge has its possibilities, but I can see people complaining about multiplayer and about the lack of new features in Forge etc.
Flood is going to be amazing though.
