Its not too late to budget glitch your map. If you have a few weapons on the map that have multiples, delete the extra ones. Then up the run time max on everything you need to finish the map. If you run out of money, save and quit. Then start it back up and keep on raising the runtime max of everything until you have what you need. Make sure to raise the max of the weapons you deleted as well. That should be just enough to get you what you need.
