The middle ground ain't too hard to find though. I understand that I can be a bit aggravating and overly aggresive at times, and I am working on toning it down. Oh, and on that note, I definitely think the ability to pass out "perma" anything shouldn't be available to neither mods nor jrs. Especially not jrs. Something of that sort should be handled at the admin level considering the finality of it. At least that's how it would work in a business or military dynamic. But then again, this is Forge Hub.

I mean in some cases it's perfectly warranted, I understand. Myself though, aside from some of my bullshit over a year ago, I've been pretty clean cut. Blunt and abrasive most definitely, but not something warranting steps towards a perma ban... Although I know certain staffers here would definitely like to see that happen considering our opposing stances on virtually everything.
