There's no real membership per se, we just do sign-up threads in the customs lobby. Used to be a social group too, to which we would invite all our regular participants, but that is currently inactive. TCOJ itself is also on ice until the release of Halo 4 - it was just getting too hard to get enough people together every week. But I'm likely to resume it when H4 comes along and revives everyone's interest in forging and playing.

Time zones don't matter too much if it's just UK - US, we'll likely still be on at the same time, even if it is later at night for me.

Just wanna point out that you have 84 posts and you just joined this month. In one month's time any number of them could be in your position. All you need to do is invite friends to your party whenever they're on. And get them to invite their friends. Etc Etc. Voila.. you now have a bunch of people in a custom lobby.
