It was one of the first shows that I threw into the "new" cartoons category. It just didn't do anything for me and was also the type when I stopped watching most CN/Nick cartoons. Except Spongebob. Spongebob lives forever.

I have Quake 2 and 4. I'm actually not a big fan of fragging yard. It's a good map, but I prefer others. Look up Monsoon and Placebo tourney gameplay on YouTube. Both awesome maps.

Monsoon is a simple 2 tiered map with a central atrium, while Placebo is a complex, 4 tiered map with 3 atriums.

Yes you just need to minimize the advantages that the top naturally has. Another way is to give the bottom floor a more complex layout, so the player on the bottom has more options.

Don't know what map you're talking about, but yes. It's your goal to give a strength to the lower side so both players constantly drop. If you don't, every fight will take place on the second tier.
