Yo the map is going through final changes before it is ready for a preview

Oh also this is probably the last time I will be online untill we arrive in our new house.

That actually pretty cool but I only see it working well if you cap some multikills.

Either way I think that could go into the map preview.
As for a full release video format I think something along the lines of flying around the map with gameplay and some first person in there it is how THFE does it and they make it work well.

Ok scratch the music I got something that will work better.if we go with that approach the song from the halo 3 soundtrack "roll call" will go on play for about 30-40 seconds to accompany some cinematic shots. Then that faded out and the part of "this is the hour" where the music picks up will come on to go with gameplay.

Wow I just realized I posted my last 2 messages on my own profile...
Anyways here is an example of the effect (and I guess inspiration) of my idea can have.
The video shows the beauty of forgeworld in cinematic shots during the slow part.then the music picks up and it shows gameplay.
Gives a nice feel to me.

Ok so I got a song.

This is the hour from the halo 3 sound track.
The reason I chose this song is because it starts if slower paced then picks up.
This allowes a few cinematic shots before going into action shots.
It also gives a nice intro if I /we wanted to talk.
Not specifically about the map because it's just the preview. But about the origins of the map.what it came from and what it came to be.you know some inspired words with the music and gameplay in the background.
Idk just my idea probably pretty cliche but whatever.

Ok well the map is in the testers guild ATM so when it is done there I will make final adjustments and be ready for a map preview.at that moment I will get many good games on it and save the games to my fileshare.if there is a certian shot that you should focus on I will give u a MSG (example) film the no-scope on the flag carrier at 4:11 so that would be put in.
I will think about music(I am thinking one from the halo soundtrack (which you ARE allowed to use permissions are given.

He out doing a video on impurity. I was wondering if we could do a trailer for the map preview (without us talking cinematic shots of the map and gameplay.)if I am not making any sense I will link an example
Then do a actual release video ( different gameplay and a commentary) for the final map thread

Hey just wanted to let you know that I will no be on Xbox or 4chub for...let's say a week.
I am moving and start packing the house on Monday.i will not be on or anything untill we get settled in our new house.

Hey most framerate lag has been eliminated.the map is now compatible with CTF.i think after SOO long it is finally ready for a preview.

Cool.that would be a lot easier then me trying to figure out how to use Skype and all of that lol.
Anyways I used to watch team0epiphany and I knew they do the same thing we were trying to figure out how to do.so I looked and stumbled across that video :)

I've been looking around and as long as I am calling someone who is on my Skype contacts it is free.if not(say a landline or mobile)then it costs me money.[i think I also would have to pay for international calls.

If Skype calls are free to me then I can help.i am not sure how it would work from my iPod to a computer in terms of payment.if it is not free then there is no way I could do it...
