I can do that, though I'd recommend waiting until the first round map is released, and training during that week on that map. In the meantime, go into MLG. It's the same settings as the gametype, minus enhanced radar. Go in alone, without teammates, and work on your shot, strafe, positioning, etc.

That's exactly how I felt after learning about it as well.

But then I realized just how little is going on around here, and I figured that this is something that I can have fun with. I wouldn't be angry, or even disappointed if I didn't get in; I'm just trying to have as much fun with this as possible.

It's nice to get back on the map critique horse after so long, yaknow?

I don't want to clog up the thread with this anymore because it's even more unnecessary than the discussion in the first place, but I just wanted to say: fair point on your criticism of my last remark. It was a rhetorical technique rather than something which actually contributed to my argument, and even as such it fell rather flat on its face. So yeah, fair cop on calling me out, even if I stand by my sentiments, that last sentence served no purpose other than to be smug and fuel the fire, which I now regret.
