We will be updating the rules to say that animated sigs aren't allowed, but there's nothing in place yet to automatically remove them. Mods will start warning people who have them, but not for a few days yet.

Nope. It was just a joke because The Peeps were really serious about everything. They had sigs, avatars, and maps. We just wanted to poke them around for a little bit.

It was a group I created back then to make fun of The Peeps.

Besides, I put the Alpha version of Blood Bath Bay in my fileshare so you can check it out! I don't know if your cousin has a newer version, but at least this is the one I had. And now you can probably change things to fix the framerate. :)
