and now you're speaking for the rest of staff, as if you stepping down would open everybody's eyes to something bigger. That isn't the case. You went out the same way you went in, obnoxiously full of yourself. There are more humble ways to play the cards and ways to get appreciation from people, stevo.

its funny you use shock as an example, since i've sent him more thank you messages than any other staff member. i even thanked him for listening when there was an uproar about the signatures, which was entirely just because that was a bad decision on his part. I appreciate shock as an admin more than anything else and i know how much work he does, and just because he's staff doesnt mean he's exempt from me or anybody else saying it was a bad move, because it was. you're essentially saying the community needs to shut the **** up when a staff member makes a mistake, which is wrong.

That's the thing, a good staff member listens, and takes criticism as criticism, not personal attacks. You on the other hand **** up multiple times, can't handle the criticism, and then when you step down, instead of saying you aren't cut out for it or saying nothing at all, you make the community out to be the bad guys.

if the community doesnt like something on the front page, like an article from a journalist who's bad with words, they say something because they care about the site as a whole. you think it's because people have it out for you, but its not that at all, dont mistake site passion for you being a victim, its not about YOU.

Well, you'll be glad to know I'm stepping down from Journalist rank. I've put two years into this site (be it constant testing of other peoples maps, or writing articles) and received little thanks from the majority.

I also apologise my writing style is not up to your professional standards. However, Forge Hub is, and always was, an escape from having to be some professional suck up without a sense of humour or individuality that is my day to day job. A lot of people forget this site is based around a game, which is ultimately a source of entertainment. If people aren't allowed to have fun, in their own unique ways, then what's the point altogether? I don't even get that sense of enjoyment anymore.
