Part of that might be that quad cores have been so rare for phones that no one has been working on them, so likely quads will be the way future. However, it's actually more the LTE version burning battery like crazy and the fact that it's locked that bothers me. LTE isn't in my area so it's a waste for me. Buying a new phone is tough :( Canada contracts are 3 years so it sucks.
Thanks Peg, lemme know if you get to play around with the S3. It isn't out in NA until June 20th and even so that's the 4g Dual Core version which I'm not sold on because 4G is irrelevant to me. I'd want a GSM version rather than the stupid LTE version. Also not a TouchWiz fan, so I'd certainly be installing a custom rom..really I'd just like stock android though lol.
