Yeah, I know, right? This is really bad for Halo Reach in general, not just the forging people or the people that like taking screenshots. 343i said that they would release the new system something around Summer, but that could mean anything. So I don't know when, really. I just hope they won't wait too long because I want to make BIOC a huge thing and having more people visiting ForgeHub is the only way to get more sign ups, whether we get a lot of subs for our YouTube channel or not - after all, in the end the only way they can sign up is on ForgeHub. I'm not sure yet what I'm going to do, I'll wait one more week so I'll be done with finals and have time to get BIOC back into business again. Closing BIOC for now might be the best thing to do but I'll think about it.
I don't like to say this but I've decided that it's best if we cancel Round 7 and delay it for next Round. We have only 2 sign ups so far :S This has everything to do with the fact that ForgeHub is really dead at the moment, I hope things will improve in the near future. It's probably best if you just post your lobby for Round 7 again once I post the new official template thread for round 8, so you can host by then instead of next week. Of course, if you want to change things, then that's fine. I'm just saying that it's alright if you're going to post the exact same template again for Round 8 by the time you can. I'm sorry for the disappointing message, I wish I could do something about it but I'm really busy with finals right now :(
Hey, I started another social group for infection, that is similar to BIOC, but instead of playing maps, we forge them and test them. It will be a small group of experienced infection forgers (maybe about 20), so if I'm inviting you to join, I think you are a great infection forger, and it would be great if you joined my group! Come check it out!
Either way, could you please check out the staff group and read the newest thread, about Recap? Please leave your list of maps after you read the text, if you got around hosting a lobby. PS: Y U change your gamertag and make me confused, haha xD
Well we don't exactly need to wait until we have 100 people because we can also fill up the remaining spots by publicing it on YouTube by that time, and having our first subscribers adding it (at least the ones that deserve it / are mature enough / etc.). However, of course first we need to have shortlists from each staff member before we are going to release it (even if we could already start with the YouTube channel, say, today), which is not the case yet. Do you know some people to add? And yes it's just a Silver account, we only need it for adding people so we can invite them and send them (voice) messages. But pretty much we can wait until we have some more, but we don't have to wait for the total 100 people before making that account. (But I can imagine it would work out better to wait for - at least almost - 100 people because otherwise people could tell all of their friends about the account, resulting in a pain-in-the-ass amount of friend request in your inbox..)
Alright. By the way, when are you going to create the gamertag? I think it's best to get it out pretty soon, because adding those people will take some time and I will be very occupied with school during this month, so it will be more difficult to keep in touch with each other as the staff. (Seeing that most other members have the same problem.) And a month is a long time.. So yeah, the sooner the better, in my opinion, but of course I won't push you and it can definitely wait until we get around to opening up the channel, if that works better for you.

I posted the thread, here it is. Read it, and please leave your short list as well. By the time everyone of the staff has left his little list, you should: 1) Create the gamertag "BIOC 1". (don't forget about the space in between). Of course you can already create it right now too, to ensure that nobody else takes the name. It's probably best to make a Silver/Free account, you don't have to use it to play games or anything. 2) Add all of the staff members 3) Add all of those people from the lists (it will take some effort, but after that you can probably sit back and relaxe, like I said) 4) Send them a voice message (probably, since it can cover more text) explaining the means of this gamertag that just sent them a friend request. Dude that's awesome! I will immediately post a new thread in the BIOC Staff group with further instructions for you, and for the other staff members. The name will be: "BIOC 1", so with a space in between (I could have also used BIOC1 but this is seems to look a little better).
