So, to sum things up: It won't be on a daily base, and it will only take some time in the beginning (because you'll need to add 100 people), it's just important that I can talk to you most of the time and that you won't be completely isolated from me. Seeing that you meet all of these needs (you have easy access to your xbox (you're online a lot), and you are around a lot on both ForgeHub and Skype as well, so you're definitely not isolated in any way, in fact, whenever I sent you a VM on ForgeHub you respond within one or two days, which is fast!) I think you would make the perfect gamertag manager.
As for you, as the possible future manager of this gamertag, you definitely do not have to be occupied with the gamertag on a daily base. All you will have to do, is in the first place to add those people, and later on, sometime soon after whenever I ask you to, send them a voice message or so with some information. You do not have to ask me for information, I will provide you with information whenever needed. You can just sit back and wait for me to contact you with that kind of stuff. Also, you don't have to send that information immediately once provided, you can take your time. It doesn't have to be sent on the very same day. But, on the contrary it is very important that I can quickly communicate with you, because if not, for instance it could take a few days before you even get my message, and maybe another couple of days before you can sent that information to the people on the friends list. And by then the information could already be outdated, or too late.
I will provide you a lot of those friends, and so will the other members of the staff, including yourself. I didn't post a thread about it yet but I will by the time we decided who's going to manage the gamertag, so all of the staff members will be informed, don't worry. Basically everyone is allowed to make a short list of people that he thinks are worth adding to the friends list (mostly people we met in BIOC, of course). Then, we can fill up the final spots by advertizing the gamertag on YouTube. However, we are not just going to use this account solely to invite people to lobbies, but we can also use it to inform people about BIOC related developments, as well as e.g. contests (for the future) and non-BIOC custom lobbies. Pretty much, I'm planning to use it for those two big things: 1) To invite players to custom lobbies, whether it's BIOC or not, so all of the staff members will have an easier time trying to fill their lobbies 2) To quickly inform players about the latest news
If you want to become the manager (which I really hope since you are the last remaining candidate) I will definitely make sure to explain everything you don't understand so far, but this is just a quick summary.
It's a gamertag that we are fully going to use for custom games. Basically the owner of the gamertag (you, hopefully) will receive a list of names that you should befriend with that gamertag. Of course, all of the staff members should be added as well. After that, we will make the name of the gamertag public via our YouTube channel and have everyone that's interested and fits the profile (mature enough, plays a lot of Halo, likes Infection, etc.) until the friends list is full. Then, once the list is full, the staff members can use this gamertag to invite people to their custom lobbies if they need more players (can be in BIOC but also just in a regular lobby). It's basically just a custom game invitation gamertag, like "A01 THFE inv" and "INSNMC PlayTest" and "ZZZ Play". Also, we can use this gamertag to send all of the friends important messages and information, which I will provide you whenever it's needed, so you can send that message to all of the friends.

Paints, do you have Skype? It's easier to chat. Also, I was wondering: Do you want me to just pick one of the two dates for you, or do you have a preference? I figured that it will cause difficulties if I have the sign ups just pick for themselves: there will always be people who can't attend, but did sign up for your lobby because they wanted the other date

Hey, are those maps we played the other day in your fileshare? I'd like to test them with a full lobby, especially the first one since that one's pretty short and looks absolutely amazing :)
Whenever you're on feel free to invite me when you want to make a map, i am kinda starting on Act 3 right now but I have plans to that with someone else. I want to make something fresh with you, it can be linear if you want but it doesn't have to be. I want to go for a whole new theme and everything. again, just message or invite me when you're online and we can work together
