They've opened it up quite a bit. In the Terms of Service on Xbox.com it states that any game by microsoft is free to use commercially or for videos. Not all games work, only a handfull. You must also provide youtube with proof ex:

Yup, its actually not bad at all. I mean its not a lot of money, but its very rewarding being paid for something I love doing. So I'm not complaining, hopefully soon though I can land a partnership.

Well, there are two separate ways on youtube now. You can get a partnership like they did through a company, or you can use the monetization feature youtube provides. Since I do not have a partnership yet I just use the monetization feature, so its all through google adsense

yeah, most of these people are pretty new to dropbox, so they only have 2.5 gigs. I'll put an announcement or something saying that all files need to stick around for at least 24 hours, then add that to the rules too.

Nah, I would have never taken those bigheads seriously. It always seemed like they had too strong of an ego and dealed with their hangovers by hating good maps. That's at least my impression, and it's a damn strong one too.
