Fan-fiction is simply fan-fabricated stories about the ponies. There are some great ones out there that you should read, but that's not my area of expertise, go to Rorak. He's our Fanfic master. Just ask him what fanfic you should read first.

Don't worry, there is never a feeling of running out in general. There is just one about running out of official content. There is plenty of fan created **** daily. (Just look at Equestria daily, also called EQD or the MLP Redit or Ponibooru) But with only 22 min of official content a week, it can make you a little sad.

BTW you're quickly approaching "Catched up" status. When you've watched S2E18 you'll be all like "WHARES THE NEXT EPISODE?!?!" and then you'll find that you'll have to wait till Saturday, like the rest of us. You're not going to like the feeling of running out of ponies, I assure you.
