Hey, you should befriend the gamertag "BIOC 1". It's being managed by me, and we are going to use it for BIOC lobbies by the time the new Bungie.net thingy will be up, and we'll start hosting lobbies again. But I'm already using it right now to invite people to my own, casual lobbies, so make sure to add it if you want to play some more custom games!
No, because then the deadline will already have passed. (It's probably going to take at least several weeks, possibly months before 343 is going to fix it and make their own system. They said they planned to do it by (the beginning of) Summer, so I wouldn't wait for it anyway.) Just put it in your fileshare on the xbox.
Not really sure what you mean, but isn't it this just what you use to submit a map? Also, Bungie.net is down, yes, but the fileshares themselves are not! You just have to put maps in your fileshare on the xbox, as well as tagging files or downloading files. Otherwise there was no point for The Library anyway since none of the maps would be available for downloading.

Yeah I will in the near future, if things work out. I'm pretty busy with school so I can't play on the xbox that much for the next couple of months.
I think it looked very well, and surprisingly enough there weren't that many framerate drops. However, it was lagging a little bit for me and I think it's due to the amount of glass, like I told you the other day. And maybe there are framerate issues but I just didn't see him because of the short length of the game. For the rest, the area in the middle was kind of confusing to me but that's just because I'm not that great at vertical gameplay, lol xD The game was a little too short to give you any more feedback up to this point, but I will try and test it some more (maybe together with Redy) in future custom lobbies. But it's definitely a cool map as how it is now!
Sure, we still have testing slots available and we still need more bodies. Just post in the thread and I'll add you to the list. Be sure to specify how many slots you think you'll need (up to 4).
Yeah I've seen it, it looks good but I agreed with some feedback when people said that it was a little campy in its current set up. I understand you tried to go for such a style of gameplay, but maybe try and balance out the hiding spots some more so there are not overpowered positions. Also, I think it would be neat to put the story in a spoiler so people can choose to read it by clicking on it. Other than that pictures could be a little bigger. I really like how you created tons of different buildings and a ship, and the interior parts of the houses look very good as well. It's totally not repetitive and obviously you put a lot of effort in giving it an elaborate content. But for new maps I'd try and keep away from the building section, like people said in the comments it's kind of hard to fit them in your map in a proper way, they tend to look kind of awkward usually and of course they are very expensive. So overall, for a first map it's very good! :D
8 for both teams, or more if you like. But definitely don't go any lower than 16 in total. Also, why actually didn't you sign up for Round 2 of BIOC?
Oh yeah, thanks. Blood Bath Bay are still in development, there problem with framerate is the only thing that prevents me to not post It yet. Me and REM are doing the possible to fix that. :S

And yes, unfortunately it does but I hope they will have a new system for it when Halo 4 comes out. If you need to render videos I can help you with that but it would only be up to 5 minutes, that's all I have per month
