Corel VideoStudio Pro. I'd HEAVILY reccommend it. Although it does have some tempter tantrums at times, and very often hates a file enough to make it crash when you play a certain bit of it, the process is quick, streamlined and powerful. Although it is not as in depth as Sony Vegas, the toolset is more than adequate, and for syncing music I believe that it is millions of miles better than vegas, as it allows you to place in cue points on the fly, and snap the video to the cue points you just placed.
