It might be worth speaking to one of the admins (Shock Theta or Transactionzero) about whether or not it's in Forge Hubs best inteterests to make affiliations like that. I'm only a journalist so, that's not really my call :P

If there were some way the competition could benefit Forge Hub publicly, the administrators would discuss the matter. You're much better off getting rooted into the community and inviting your friends from here to enter the competition... However, I'd advise against pestering people as thats one of the main reasons advertisements for external events are not permitted in the first place. Some people just prefer to stick to what they know :)
