Tbh they're mostly pretty harmless. The more aggressive ones will post a lot, but one of those had posted once and the other had never posted. AFAIK, the only ways of filtering for accounts like that are very harsh, and tend to catch regular users/posts as well. We tend to get really concerned when they're the kind that post a lot and really spam it up. That's not to say I don't appreciate you forwarding them on to me, just that I wouldn't stress about them too much unless they're of the persistently spammy kind.
