Awesome, consider me a host for the next TGIF?

If I want to host a TGIF on a game other than Halo: Reach, do I still have to post images and what not?

Theater Mod doesn't exactly exist on most games.

Damn, can anybody enable one for me? If it takes an admin do to it I wont bother.

Any reason why i can't use gifs as my avatar? Other members have them.

Oh and dude.. as we're approaching the semi-finals (I believe) in the Throwdown Comp, can you remind people that it is compulsory for all three games to be fileshared by a participant in the game. I'll need to get on and record one of them (the decider game would be best lol) from all perspectives for the full length match videos that we're going to be doing. Rho bailed out on us, but I've got a feeling Skisma might be willing to help as long as his baby isn't due anytime then. Crypto might be willing to help with a video or two as well as they require no real editing and just the odd overlay graphic with team name and player name etc..

BMIP is good, you need to get VirtualDub as well though. So start looking into the functionality of that. The BMIP onboard software is as shite as Hauppauge's. And unfortunately, if you're rocking the new xbox 360 slim, you can't use the BMIP software because it doesn't transmit at the right resolution x framerate, which sucks because the old version of the software does!

Anyway, VirtualDub is still pretty cool. It has built in compression and tbh a LOT of groovy stuff. It takes a bit to configure it for use with the BMIP but above all, it's been a lot more reliable than the HD PVR. If you do get it, let me know and i'll send you all my settings :)

Oh and speak with blue about instant streaming software. Apparently, it's fooookin expensive!

Indeed, that would be a good idea. It'd make the SNF's a lot more interesting. I was never one to read up on how other people were playing.. especially since those people keep losing *ahem*... It would be much better watching, so I agree with you there.

Aye, no rest for the wicked eh?! I've managed to bail out of work 3 hours earlier today, although.. I've just literally sat back down and turned my work laptop on to get like 8 emails. Probably still going to be working at some point this weekend too!

Yeah, not bad. Getting my first day off this weekend in a month! So, helping my sister move house and going out with a mate for a few drinks and a rave ^_^

true... I kinda just went with anything tbh. I was kinda hooked on computers, and now I know a fair bit. I'll be hopefully earning my Microsoft Professional Certification later this month, which is probably an equivalant of half a degree tbh... I know there's similar value in terms of academic points when you go and do a computer science degree.
