I haven't been on to show anyone really. In the last test I ran we had a few games on it. It's fun for a casual map as it uses a different gametype but ChronoTempest definitely didn't like it lol.

thanks for the feedback on my map. my reply was written pretty hastily and it made me sound like i wasn't listening. i ended up taking your advice and tweaked the weapon layout. it was solid advice and i think the map is more balanced now.

Fume is just another map... It's something I wanted to build a while ago, based around an old Quake 2 map. But it seems everyones building those maps recently, so I've put it on the back foot.

Also, Fume is the map name. 1 2 & 3 are different variations of the map to be. It's very early days for it.

LOL yeah, we need to do that again. Hopefully I can get a few good games on my infection maps goin. Still need to find that racetrack one where you run from the zombies in the Warthogs, and everyone kept betraying each other.

Yep, I updated the post requirements for some of the ranks, so it bumped him up a little.

The permaban was because of a proxy, but yeah. No links to modded content, no advertising period. That includes maps and excludes signatures.

Will stick for now, some TRC leaders may disagree and they have final call in guild boards, but I don't see them taking issue with it. Thanks for the heads up.

combining images together is pretty tricky. It just take a lot of patience and work.

Hmm well from what I can see you probably messed with contrast, hue/saturation and text here...

The contrast is overdone; look to points such as the piping to the left of "Critical" and you can see where it seems to be too much, or at the point on top of the "critical" where the red and white lines are.

The text is not blended in; try applying styles to your text, and making their color scheme fit in to the background you are working with. So if everything is red, dont use blue, but use either a shade of grey (from black to white) or a red. But be careful of the text fading into the background, which happens when the text is too close to the color or luminosity of the background it rests on. (ie yellow on white, or red on a slightly different red)

Color scheme itself is not bad, idk what to say about it.

I honestly haven't used a tutorial in quite some time... (years) I could benefit from it as well, I would look here: click. Deviant Art has a lot of tutorials. You'd probably be better off getting some good tutorials from Orlando, He's more into what I feel you're trying to get into. I do more abstract art.
