We've just got a new journo, so I think Noxiw is gonna grab one of my other articles. Not sure which he'd prefer, I'm not particularly bothered which I do as long as it isn't TGIF. I hate writing that -.-

True, I'm not too sure if I could do it for too much longer either. I need sleep sometime soon! Doing this, working full time, setting my own business up and having a pretty active social life is taking a toll on me. I only had one hour sleep out of 42 hours over the weekend... LOL

Lol... there's nothing really "cool" about it and there's certainly no jealousy needed. It's nothing really big, I actually get more crap than I do respect out of the job. I just enjoy doing what I do because I know I'm doing something that makes a small difference to someone somewhere.

It's a little unwieldy.

It's more so Registered User > Loyal > Guardian > Moderator/Journalist > Administrator.

But, like I say, if there are no suitable candidates within the line up, we look elsewhere for people by asking Staff for recommendations throughout the site.

Guardian wise they do... Journalists come from anyone who we believe fit the criteria because it's about more than just showing maturity and being willing to help the site. Generally though, Loyals are considered for staff positions first after Guardians.

Nobody knows it lol. It's not listed anywhere other than in Admin CP.

I'm deciding on whether the vb3 version is good enough to enable now, since the vb4 version is better and we will be updating to that in the future.

I'm not sure to be honest, he's been an admin for as long as I've been here, so earlyish '08 at least.

In answer to your question: nope. In previous tournies, we split the job of making threads amongst a few staff members. I think I'd be safe in saying that, across the two H3 tournies I was Staff for, I posted the most match threads overall. That's an 'I'm awesome' by any means, wasn't too difficult, just trying to communicate how many of my posts are actually down to that.

The only reason Shock seems to be doing them all for this tourney is because, well, he's a beast :P.
