The Loser Bracket is part of the double elimination format. If you win the LB, you play the winner of the WB in the finals. Obviously the team that is coming undefeated (ie. the only team still left in the WB) has to lose twice to be out, meaning the team coming in to the finals from the LB has to win two series to win the overall tournament, but the team coming from the WB only has to win one series.

Were not gonna tell people how to play. As long as they're within the boundaries of the map (which is pretty obvious) then anything they can make work is fair game.

Hopefully it won't come to that, but yeah I'm afraid we've established over past tournaments that there's little we can do about distance based lag etc. Shock did his best to organise the groups so that players were put with opponents in the same timezone, but there was little way to account for latitude as well, so situations like a Canada/Mexico match were unfortunately bound to pop up.

Are you sure that's a GB rule? Because how do you define lag for more than 30 seconds? Most games I play on a US host (I'm UK) are slightly laggy for the whole thing. Expecting everyone to have perfect connections to each other in this tourney is just unreasonable. Also, there's no way to 'change host'. You can switch party leader but that doesn't define who is host, the game itself decides host when you start the game.
