Thats something the review hub do... you can only get your map on the front page by winning a Forge Hub Favorites (see tomorrow's article) or by Feature.

that's not how the system works i'm afraid. It has to be either suggested, or a collective vote by the staff members to feature the map.

If it's a review you want, you should probably send it out to the Testers Guild (If the map isn't posted) or the Review Hub (if it has been posted) because I'm generally pretty bad at that sort of thing.
