I didn't know about it until recently, and the only time I can make is tomorrow, which is apparently extra-fail because Tak and bob said they can't make it then. I'll probably end up being subbed, which is a bummer.

Can't speak for Kuda, haven't seen him in a while. If I hear, I'll let him know.

Haha yeah, i know. I think they just did it to give us alternate scenery because they were too lazy to make us a DECENT canvas.

Like the friggin railings! They piss me off all the time lol, why bungie won't just give us a simple canvas that has no skins on the objects is beyond me. It would allow us to make maps that were like 10000000 times better, but nope. overdone graphics are required.

The framerate and objects, they just kill me. I almost want to make a map with no merging at all and deal with all of the "needz interlokz" crap at this point, just to get around that lol.

But yeah, i agree. I don't want to release a somewhat good map, i want to release a damn good one.

tbh, i'm just working on learning the pieces. I have an extreme dislike of what we are alloted in forge because the objects all look like TRASH when you merge them together in any interesting way. And its also more about vertical fighting than anything, and i don't think that btb maps are easy to make in that style (evidence being every one of bungies terrible attempts) and i really don't want that to be my next agonizing stress map.

You know how bad it is when you build an awesome map that plays like ****, right now im batting 0/3 :(

I might even start forging Surreal this weekend if you don't mind. I won't post it without your permission, I just want something to do so I don't get too bored...

I had the most recent post on your Surreal "Preview" thread, and I was wondering if I could forge it. I noticed you haven't been online for a week, so I just want to make sure you're still looking for a forger to create the map for you.

I have no other current projects going on, and I am an excellent forger. In fact, forging gave me OCD. Well, forge, and my math teacher... Anyways, everything needs to be straight, corresponding, and equal. The only problem is when I make maps I usually hit the budget or item limit before I've finished. With a great looking SketchUp like that to follow, I'd have Surreal finished in about a week.

Reply if you want me to forge Surreal. I promise I won't back down from something that could possibly be my first featured map.

Yes actually mate i am interested only problem being i haven't really been forging a whole lot with work and college going on, i mean if you can wait till like end of june for it to be posted then yeah i can start working on it.
