It's a scene in a Coen brother movie called Burn After Reading. It's a somewhat funny yet twisted dark comedy. When you watch the film, you definitely aren't expecting that particular character to die like that, so it was really funny and shocking during the first viewing. But now I've spoiled part of the film for you and for that I apologize.

What happened was me and another staff member did and made a group, and then EVERYONE copied us just to try and be cool. I agree that it is really weird lol.
