Now I dont know how much anime you have watched in your life time, but almost every singlBasically starting in June all anime e one does this to some degree. Panty shots are very common as well as suggestive poses and other provocative things, and almost all anime take place in a highschool setting or involve teenagers, so pretty much all anime will be porn unless the industry has a massive turn around and goes away from the fanservice direction it has taken. Some see that as a good thing, but on the other hand, this could result in the industry simply collapsing, especially since it has not been doing very well in recent years, even in Japan. It will however most likely increase the amount of actual anime porn being made, so if anything, this bill is not gonna do any good besides get alot of anime off the air.

I forgot to mention, If you end up watching Seikon no Qwaser, make sure you watch it uncensored since they decided to zoom into paintings and night skies instead of just using mist or something, so you cant even tell whats going on.

If you like darker shows like that then you would most likely enjoy Death Note if you have not already seen it. If your a little more "daring" then Seikon no Qwaser is pretty good, but if you dont like fanservice then I would avoid it.
