MLG still abuses the rifles and weapon sets to me. I don't care for the 5 second wait to use sprint, and I don't like the overly competitive "everyone keep your DMR out unless you have the sniper" gameplay.
120 makes me dizzy after playing for too long. It's just unnatural. 110% would be fine, but 115% I only suggest because it would be a fair compromise to all. Still, the playlist is more fun than any other playlist in Matchmaking to me.
yeah, after playing several games, the damage is beast. Too much. The speed feels just slightly too fast. I wish there was a 115% option or they'd just tweak it manually.
mythic is a skull, that in h2 made all the elites spec ops, in h3 it made the difficulty move one up. normal = heroic, heroic = legendary, legendary = mythic. I'm assuming it does that in reach, however it might just make all difficulties mythic. laso - legendary all skulls on, would be giving you famine, tilt, iron etc so it would be ten times harder. mythic isn't really hard, especially considering when mythic heroic is basically just legendary.
sure, i'm just making some food anyway.. theres a challenge to do a campaign mission on heroic with mythic if you want to do it, i'm trying to get the weekly challenge for this week.
Currently looking into how to upgrade the quality, whether it be through tweaking settings in Terminal or using an external program.
Okay so it's fast, good and reliable. But that depends on what you're recording. I guess Quicktime X is "experimental" since it doesn't get updates often. (That should change by the release of OSX Lion). But I'm using it for minecraft recordings just fine. Sliiiightly choppy, but it's still good.
You can record your screen using camtwist + imovie/quicktime player. However those methods require outdated software that is hard to find (since apple updates their programs constantly, so you cant find certain things in the current versions that you need for it to work). Fortunately, Quicktime X has a built-in screen record function that not only records in very high quality, but it's a near instantaneous export, no rendering needed.
as it stands, they have decided that 120 is staying, and all maps will only have ONE grenade in any location on the map... yeah, that feels so classic.
I've contributed thoughts about things here and there, but I keep getting the shaft. They are like "blah blah grenades, blah blah faster better". and then "halo 3 isn't classic.. blah blah." So I guess I'll just play customs on the maps with my own settings. It's been a blast so far, and pretty well received. I got a pretty good Narrows too. Its not Atrocity. The man cannons work perfect but only when you go into them normal. Jumping into the front of them from needler spawn will leave you landing short. The framerate drops occasionally in certain areas, but i find it to be manageable. Won't totally wreck your gaming experience.
