Yeah that does look pretty smooth, I see your point about 110% sped and perhaps it fits better with the geo scale of H3 maps when they're recreated accurately. Tbh Mac's Sanc is slightly smaller than KC's/the original so I can see it working there too. Have you talked much in the Bungie.net Classic thread? I know it's a bit late now in terms of the first iteration, but I'm sure continued input is worth it.

I do think it'd kind of go against the point of classic in the first place, but would still be a nice set of custom gametypes.

Oh I'll definitely try them out, and I can see myself liking them lol. Tbh I think 110% speed and jump + Sprint is the most I've ever enjoyed movement in Halo, more so even than CE, though I wouldn't mind a slightly more responsive strafe but meh overall.

I agree in general that 110% feels more suited to Reach, but tbh I think me and, perhaps even more so yourself, are too happy with Reach to be the most useful opinions on this, and don't see the need for such radical deviation as those who this Classic playlist is more aimed at.

110% is a little slower than H3 (I'd say you're 112-3% approximation is correct) but noticeably slower than H2 or CE. My only issue with 120% is the skatey-ness. I see your point about AAs if it's only Drop Shield and pickup only though, I could see that working.

Hmm, not sure about any of those changes tbh. I like 120% speed just for increased movement without AAs, and I know you put them back in but tbh I think that only further detracts from the classic element. It sounds closer to MLG Reach than H3 or 2 to be quite honest.

Yeah agreed about his Guardian, works great for MLG but a couple of tweaks would make it better for regular gametypes. Is the Sanctuary map made in the Quarry with a little extra floor built out across the cliff? If so then that's his too.

What changes did you make to the gametype? And are the Sanctuary and Guardian maps both Mac xL's? His are the best remakes I've played of both tbh, Guardian is noticeably different especially at Sniper but plays beautifully.
