Dtl may have inspired me to give asymm objective another shot, do what Clive and Temple Nights never really did as well as I'd hope. I also really miss Last Resort and wanted to try and incorporate existing Forge World natural geo as well so it could be the way forward. Imma throw together some ideas either on paper or in FW itself, once I've done so I'd love to get your thoughts on the basic ideas. Thanks man :).

I've gotten a lot more sympathy for chrs over the ages, and perhaps he has for me too, at times it really stood out how we were on the same side in the basic sense and fighting over trivialities, no matter how important in their own right, at the cost of our basic common desire (lol that sounds so ****ing dirty).

Good man, no matter how much I talk about guaranteed standards with disdain, you know I'll always give your latest a download without hesitation ;). Personally I'm still trying to find my drive since about half way through H3 when I basically stopped forging. I finally started to appreciate the intricacy of great design and never had an idea that I was satisfied with in this context since. But with Reach I wana start pushing again, since back when I did forge it was by far the process that put me off more than anything. Otherwise, work is dull but it's money, and people are finally starting to arrive back after christmas holidays so stuff to do is picking up again. Can't complain.

Thanks :). I got disagreeing with chrs down to a fine art ages ago ;). In a roundabout way I think me and him are saying the same thing, that we should stop discussing the context of one site or another and push the great maps. I just always think that the single biggest obstacle to reconciliation is self imposed divisions perpetuating it amidst calls for it to end, be that civil rights or arguing about goddamn forge maps.

It's definitely scaling back to a 1v1/2v2 map. The spawning in Reach is making it difficult. This version is even minorly bigger, and there are still times when you catch a glimpse of a spawning individual. But immediate tests were actually fun.
