On a more logical note, this is the internet. Why would I care what some strangers think of me? You however seem a little butt hurt when some one says something about you. What have you done in life exactly? Want to compare resume's? Doubtful. Really, what could some ugly greasy hair **** like you have accomplished in life? Thank you for taking the time to explain. Although, I do find it mildly interesting that the reason, "the members I've come in contact with are childish and very aggressive in starting trouble," tends to be generally the same reason I get when talking to people about why they don't like FH. But I guess we'll stop beating a dead horse and let sleeping dogs lie.

I hope some day that you, and others, will be able to look beyond bad first impressions from a few people and actually venture beyond them to interact directly yourselves with what is past their misdeeds. Until that day comes, best of luck in your endeavors, no matter which internet location they may take place.

I'm really just curious as to where this general hatred for XF spurs from, and I'm trying to get around false assumptions with the application of logic.

If you don't have a valid reason beyond, "Somebody may have done something I didn't appreciate once," and want to avoid the subject, then so be it. But, personally, that's taking "loyalty" a little too far.

And for the record, I helped to start XF (or what was then Halo3Forgery) months before I even heard of ForgeHub, so I didn't split off to make my own community; and if you went and joined another community, such as XF, you wouldn't really be splitting off and making one either, you'd just be expanding your horizons. And while I'm here, on FH, discussing this with you, and posting every once in a while, I don't see my loyalty to XF tarnished at all.

And that could have just of easily been done by a few people on FH that dislike you. As former staff, you've undoubtedly made a few enemies. And since you don't post your maps on XF, how would most of the XF members ever find the map to even do that in the first place?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that XF members couldn't have had anything to do with it, but you're overlooking the fact that the people who are most likely to see your map have a general dislike for XF and could have easily done it to make us look bad, especially when you add the comment to your post "I have no affiliation with XForgery. I do not support their community. Thanks for the tag." well before many of those tags were added. What did you think would happen? Obviously trolls who see it are going to feed into your dislike of the original XF tag.
