Actually, you might have to belay that... I'll give you a couple options as to what you could do and they're totally up to you but a personal matter that I need to attend to just came up, a spur of the moment type thing so I'm not sure if I'll be able to work on the video this weekend.

A) I can film whatever you need and then upload, preferably if this is just one or two full videos and you can do the editing yourself; note that all the camera movements you'll have to have determined beforehands. This can be done this weekend easily.

B)I work on the video next weekend if I get the chance.

Well, I'm no MLG pro either (well, not anymore, anyways), but I have a decent DMR too. Quitting Halo 2 in 2005 did a lot of damage to my skill and reputation, but quitting Halo 3 in 2008 was even more damaging. I pretty much lost all had skill, then, and I'm still working to get that back. But yeah, without Forge you probably would just be another unknown in this place. It's a good thing your maps were successful enough to pull through in Halo 3. In Halo 3, I think I made 1 very basic map, yet it took me 6 hours for that. And this is just a map in the underground area with hardly any parts. The reason it took so long was that there were no edit coordinates or rotation snaps, so I had to do it all manually. I was trying to get a perfectly symmetrical area, so that made it even harder. I gave up on that one, it just took to long even to make basic stuff. What I'm saying is that it gives you a lot more respect to make a map in Halo 3 than in Reach.

Nah, we haven't played together. Though, I know a 1v1 would be a bad idea, cause no offense, but you have a terrible DMR (not that it matters, forge is your strong spot, after all.)

I can do some testing sessions in your's (or others) maps, though. I'm on for 12-14 hours in a day (usually from 5 PM-7 AM EST)

As for the song, it's totally up to you so I can use that one for sure. I can start on probably Wednesday I want to do a couple other videos first after some tests that I have tomorrow.. are you putting the clips in your fileshare or what?

I totally understand why you wouldn't want to upload that, I hadn't even thought about that perspective. Also, totally understandable about the length. As for a song, I've been contemplating using this one for a while now. I just absolutely love the chorus and I think it could be pretty epic with some video syncing.

I'll be capturing in HD is the problem and I really don't want to have to go through the hassle of uploading 3GB+ of raw footage :/ it's your call, really. If you want to change the song that's cool too, I just thought that since it was a puzzle map a more laid back sort of style would've been the best way to go.

Note that your video will probably not be 4 minutes long, i'll cut up some of the song and shrink it up to whatever length it needs to be.

I know the rules thank you for telling me anyway though. I have been forced to read them many, many times do to being continuously reported for what I find to be ridiculous things it has irritated me so much that I have very thoroughly read the rules, and will probably follow them most of the time,and will follow them all the time when it comes to my threads, beacause I put so much time into them and dont want them erased. This place oftens reminds me of 1st grade with all the people that are always trying to tadle on other people. Its very annoying to me, I know your just trying to help, so I except your apoligy.

From the pictures alone they appear to be different maps, but if you can find me proof it's the same I'll delete one of them.
