Dude, Bungie decided that, since Commando was glitchy, way back in like 08, that they would activate Commando for everyone, automatically. It was part of the Title Update 2.

Ahh, i actually already started on that from what you first said, its the view of a sniper scope and the guy gets shot in the head and itll say HEAD SHOT. then repeat. i think it looks good so far.
