With enough testing, it's possible.
Any map can be essentially balanced. Finding the right point of balance requires A LOT of testing. Since you've already released your map; you can't submit it to the tester's guild. However, you could message a moderator to lock/delete your map post in the database and request a guild leader if it's possible for you to have your map tested.

I'll check back through my recent films to make sure i've still got it.
I won't be able to keep it in my fileshare long though, so make sure you can get it downloaded later tonight :)
