You get the image fullsize first, then right click it and go "copy image URL". Then when you post hit the button with the mountain and sun and paste the URL of the image.

Hey, firstly you need to decide what category your map fits in. Just click on whichever. Then, hit the new thread button, it's on the top left of the page and fill in the required info. Remember that you need at least one picture for your thread.

If you don't know how, all you gotta do is firstly take the screenies, then go to recent screenshots on your b.net page and go view high res. After that just go to an image hosting site like ImageShack or whichever other site you want (Photobucket, ect).
