Dude, I love Dream Theater! Just got really into them recently, which is a shame. I don't know as much about them as I do other bands like Pink Floyd or Tool.

Its really not as big of a cool thing as it seems, it just happens that they have the same tempo and key. I bet that you could do both Wings songs and Viginti Tres all at once and get a sweet effect as well.

Yeah exactly. Schism is recorded as "Between supposed brothers," "Between supposed lovers," or some crazy combination of the two, then sang different every time. When i saw them he didn't even sing the middle part of Third Eye, they replaced those two minutes with like a 15 minute improv section lol.

Idk, i heard it at a concert as "synced" but i always thought it was "sing".

Its really lame, usually the coolest ones don't win, its usually the ones that have few super-difficult parts... But i dont care who wins lol, its just really cool to watch.

Ours was one of the best my freshman year (made bass section leader....) and got a little worse every year.... we basically went from 50 percussionists down to ELEVEN cus the school split in half.
