Consider adding the "Somewhat Dead" glitch discovered by myself. This glitch happens if you start up a Forge game and go into Oracle mode right as you land on a fall that would kill you. Your Spartan/Elite dies, but you're still somehow alive in Oracle mode! You'll notice your weapons grenades etc. drop to the ground, but no dead body.

Wierd thing is that when you go back into Spartan/Elite mode, you'll instantly respawn somewhere on the map! No respawn counter, no death animation, just instant respawning at a random location.
