yeeee, well i cant think of someone else who could be there.. need some more big names man, the lineup is shaaat
Rhinestone eyes is now my favourite. Yee t4 didnt look that appealing, im mainly going to hotbox my mates arctic tent :) but the lineups not finished yet so maybe i'll get florence or something.
Then where's the problem? You can happily use your lovely melon scooper, hack away at those evil melons and then leave their entrails splattered about the room.
Nah it was a test to see if anyone would pick up on it. Well done, you've won a shiny new melon scooper!
... (continued from previous) Well ... last week he spoke to one of the guys from Tanglewood (you know, that pretty well known and respected acoustic maker), who was adamant about them making a series of Tenor guitars (which are wank and even more niche than Baritones :p ), but somehow managed to persuade him into doing Baritones instead. But here's the kicker ... he's away back to the factory to get a couple of samples made and sent out ... one for the studio guy and one for me!!!11 ZOMIGAR!1.1 ... Serious though, i'll have to pay for it, but i'll probably have one of the very first Tanglewood Baritone Acoustic guitars. They'll be a couple of months as they have to be designed, made and shipped over ... apparently it'll be a pretty decent model too, costing around £300-500 (for us anyway, not sure of the final retail value, should they start making them).
I'll have to put a pic up of the guitar ... I've put a torty pickguard on and it looks amazing. Got some even crazier news that's gonna blow your mind though. Me and a Guy I know at a local studio have been wanting a baritone acoustic guitar for aaaaages, but no-one makes a decent mid to low priced model (cheapest i've seen started at about £1200 going up to £3k plus!). This is mainly due to them not being overly sought after and the differences in neck lengthc, scale, tension etc ... Well, the guy I'm talking about also works in a music shop part-time and has lots of contact with different guitar makers and their reps. He concocted a plan to try and persuade a decent maker to perhaps start producing a mid-ranged Baritone Acoustic with a low price, as there are none available anywhere and they'd probably make a killing off it.
Glitter Freeze and Melancholy Hill are my favourites, for opposite reasons. It's lushhh though it's almost otherwordly in my library, and i use it as a form of escape from my usual music because it's so obscure :)
Oh my god. I just put in Halo 3 for the first time in weeks. It feels awful. All the details that I didn't notice before but the MLG forums bitched about constantly are clearly noticeable. Aim smoothing is annoying, strafe acceleration is frustrating, and jumping is so floaty it's insane. I just want Reach back now :(
Becuase you, Insane, and Theorem want Mac, I'll beat Mongoose to get on it. Labour laws don't take effect if the server is Canadian. lolwut
