It was quite simple. I hit quote then I hit that button that switches editor mode (the a divided by bold italic underlined a)
If my thinking serves me, I'm fairly certain the program that comes with the camera allows for USB transfer to macs (if it is mac compatible, if it isn't then the USB bit is out the window) problem is, I don't have that install CD anymore, lost it, but it's online at their site, so whenever I use it I'll get back to you. If all else fails I can use it on my PC then stream it to my mac via dropbox, but I'll probably just end up editing on my PC in that case.
I'm not sure, though if it's the latter I'm certain there's a hefty lease fee. Oh and some schools (like USC) have all rights to whatever you create because you use their resources.
I posted a long message last night about my adoration of Sony Vegas for PC editing but it didn't send...lame. I don't edit much at all, but since I have a mac I tend to do whatever editing I have on there...I'm going to get access to my stepdad's Final Cut Pro if that offer is still on the table. but Sony Vegas is a great foray into professional editing, much more user friendly than programs like FCP and Premiere Pro or Avid (the first and last are the most commonly used in professional filmmaking, but the middle is the most used by amateurs for "professional filmmaking" lol).
You have to be using Internet Explorer. Then, copy the HTML embed code for a Youtube video and paste it into the "URL" field of the Hyperlink manager in Bungie.net news stories. Hit okay on the Hyperlink manager and it posts two embedded videos; delete one of them (as well as a weird <- thingy) and you're good.
Cinematography eh? Interesting! Haha nope, i've never tried halo weapon drawings. Seems like there wouldn't be enough weapons to "draw" anything particularly cool. Maybe i'll give it a shot though!
Sheesh! I really like your style in that video. Have you ever considered concept art? To get my Iron Man picture so smooth, I had to blend the entire piece with my finger nail. I would layer the wax from the colored pencil and then use my finger nail to fuse it into the paper. Its a long process, but i love the results. You should post more of your art around the site. MonitorBuilt does a media feature every once in a while. Your stuff could easy make front page. Very cool.
